Rediscovered: “(John Taine)”

And to wrap up his volley of autographs for today, Kevin Cook does the old killing two birds with one stone trick — two signatures with one inscription, in a copy of Seeds of Life.

You have your John Hancock from famed mathematician Eric Temple Bell — shortened to E. T. Bell in this instance — and you have a parenthetical John Hancock from Bell’s nom de plume, John Taine, which fronted the science fiction Bell did on the side.
